Sales Agent at Ensure Health Group - (Fort Lauderdale, FL)

We are hiring full-time, licensed health insurance agents (unlicensed people may apply if they meet the qualifications).  Agents who are looking for a long-term “work-home” are led to our office in search of a more fulfilling work experience. We have more leads than agents to close them because we only deal with high-quality, pre-screened, and generated in-house leads. There is no need for cold-calling; these leads are warm live transfers! We are looking for people who love to talk and make our clientele feel special. Our working hours are Monday through Thursday, 9-6, and Friday from 9-5 pm.

Our compensation structure is composed of the following:

• An hourly base (varying depending on experience)

• Commissions for each submitted deal

• A monthly production bonus

• A retention bonus

• Renewals

To give an even clearer idea, currently, our top agents are making between $65,000 – $80,000 for year 1, and our average agents are making between $55,000 – $65,000 for year 1! Beginning year 2, renewals will allow you to earn more than $100,000 a year!

As your book of business grows and renewals accumulate each year, you will continue to get paid on those policies.

With our smooth and structured onboarding process which includes paid training (an enhanced course that teaches you everything you need to know); your AHIP certifications; appointments with major insurance carriers. We make sure you’re confident and ready to hit the floor. Our amazing sales manager will work with you and guide you from start to finish to ensure you reach your highest potential as an agent.
